Our Caregivers

Hiring a caregiver to come into a senior loved one’s home requires a great deal of trust and confidence.

It’s important to know that the caregiver will be a skilled, experienced professional with integrity, dependability, and compassion.

At Specialty Care Services, we pride ourselves on hiring only the best of the best. Our caregivers and nurses alike are licensed professionals, with years of experience.

Not only that, but they possess additional soft skills, such as respect and sensitivity to cultural and spiritual differences, honoring each person as a unique individual.

All of our care professionals undergo a comprehensive evaluation before joining the Specialty Care Services family, as well as extensive background checks, DMV checks, drug screenings, and interviews.

Once hired, our Director of Nursing provides ongoing support and direction.
