About Us

Trying to find the ideal care solution for a senior can quickly become overwhelming. We know; we’ve been there. In fact, our founder’s experience with his grandmother in a nursing home sparked his passion for helping seniors age comfortably and safely at home – and Specialty Care Services was born.

Since 2000, we’ve been making the process easier for others throughout the MD/DC/VA area by offering exceptional customer service and the highest possible quality of in-home care.

We are locally owned and operated, licensed, bonded, and insured. We are also recognized by the Better Business Bureau as an accredited, A+ rated home care agency.

Our reputation for quality and responsiveness to patient concerns has been earned throughout our decades of experience. Most importantly, we treat those we serve like family – providing peace of mind when it’s needed the most.
