We customize our services to each individual patient. First, we gather details about their condition(s), special needs, and personal preferences. Using that information, our Director of Nursing performs an analysis to build an individualized health care plan. She then chooses 2-3 candidates that are best suited for that particular patient. Finally, the patient and their family interviews each candidate and decides which one is best suited for their situation
Caregivers are matched with patients based on their skill sets, personalities, and professional experience.
